To prepare on the stovetop, just pour contents of one pouch in 75 ml. (2.5 oz.) of water. Stir with fork until dissolved. Cook at low to medium-low heat, in a non-stick skillet for 2 to 3 minutes or until desired consistency. Make sure you don't cook them at too high of heat.
To microwave, pour contents of one pouch in 75 ml. (2.5 oz.) of water. Stir with fork until dissolved. Cook at high power for about 1 minute, stirring 2 to 3 times during cooking, until desired consistency.
